Angel Roman is a man of integrity, character and gets it done! I have had the pleasure of knowing him for a few years as we have collaborated together in a non-profit organization. Every time I would call on him, "Can you please bring an educational presentation to our leaders or group meetings?", without hesitation he made himself available. Angel was well prepared and well informed of the subject matter he would bring forth. You would be very fortunate to have him on board.

He has constantly demonstrated to be an individual of superb character, demonstrating excellence in its highest level, personally and professionally. I have seen his compassion and counseling with favorable results on those individuals that have sought him out for counseling on personal matters. His drive and enthusiasm have unequivocally defined his character, and has set him apart from your average counselor, especially those individuals who are going through a personal crisis and need seasoned counseling. He has assisted me in counseling individuals who were in need of immediately attention, to defused an imminent deeper crisis. I personally recommend Angel Roman with no hesitation whosoever for those seeking a seasoned and professional counselor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once introductions are made, I have the client complete a general intake form, a 1-page confidentiality statement and a 1-page counseling policy form.  We review fee schedules and payment methods for servlce delivery to the client.  Payment is due prior to receiving services.

Career counseling and career coaching sessions are offered in-person or through video applications like Zoom, WebEx and Google Meet.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I earned a Master's degree in Counseling and a Doctor of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology.  I am a member of the National Career Development Association (NCDA).  Also, I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Certified Career Services Professional through NCDA.  I have 25+ years of experience working with adults in career transition, recent college graduates, international professionals, community and faith-based groups.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

My fee is $120 for the first session, which runs one and a half hours.  This allows us to develop a working partnership and assess your presenting career issue.

Subsequent sessions are $100 per hour.  A client has no obligation to schedule additional sessions after the first one.

A client can pay for services either by PayPal or Venmo.
