Rustic Music Center

Purchased this gem over the weekend. Delivered to me the very next day. Great service from Rustic Music over the years from lessons, repairs, and purchases. Thank you Christina, Charlie, & staff for all you do After scouring the internet for months; I happened to stumble across Rustic Music Center. And low and behold their website said that they had stock. I emailed them on a long shot that they truly had stock and were willing/able to ship one to me in California. Within an hour I received an email from Charlie telling me Yes of course. I have plenty in stock ready to fly. To be sure that sending money to this NY store was safe and legit I did a quick web search. I was pleased to find out that this is a mom & pop mini-chain servicing the NY locals and many reviews mentioned Charlie (among others by name) and have mostly had positive experiences with Rustic and their employees.

I pulled the trigger and ordered the guitar from their website on the afternoon 2/15. Got a shipping notification on 2/16 morning. Arrived from FedEx on 2/23. It arrived and was well packed and had a great big fridge magnetic with their logo on it included in the box.

I just want to say that you have made a 13-year old girl extremely happy. Heck even I love playing this guitar! Its beautiful. I would definitely give my business to Rustic Music Center again in the future. Nothing but praise from me. Thank you Charlie and Rustic!
