What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are heavily in getting to know you. As you are a unique individual or business, so should your tax returns be and accounting needs. Therefore, if we can meet (that's Ideal), if not, then we will like to have an initial phone conversation to understand your needs and concerns. This way we can gather all the right documents. Then we can work on the return in a virtual manner and have you sign off accordingly. Try us, youwill be amazed how easy this is.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been around since 2010 as a company. Our staff combined has over 25 years of experience handle all you need for Accounting, Payrolling, Tax Preparations, Business Setups, Tax Problems and Resolutions, Audits, etc.

We do have standard pricing for all our work, we believe in fairness and equality. However, please do remember, once in a while we may speacials for limited times and thats to open up doors to bring in new set of clients.
How did you get started in this business?
We started in this business to teach and educate the main street folks about how taxes truly impacts their day to day lives. Once, you understand it this, we hope you can utilize this information to enhance your personal financial growth. We have seen people who had not much and now growing their own business and becoming leaders of their own circle of influences. It does work and It does truly happen.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of clients. But our favorite ones are those who build a relationship and a bond with us to grow. It makes us feel special!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Anyone can do a tax preparation, but can they help you grow to the next level. Turbotax is a fancy calculator just like the ones we use. Its the advice you get, it the vision you get, it the clarity of how yuor decisions impact our tax bill. These are very important thing many overlook. A calculator can not humanize the advice you get, only a human can. The number of the amount of tax for this year maybe the same in both calculators, it how you can change it the next set of years to come. The right account over the long haul will save you at least 10 % on your tax bill through your lifespan if you adhere to the advice.
