What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers we typically have a consultation to determine the scope of the project and the time line for completion to set clear expectations. Once this is established work begins and communication happens as necessary to complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Annually I take multiple courses to stay abreast of tax law changes and maintain certifications.
