Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an phone call. During that call I ask questions, answer questions, take notes, go over our process and at the end ask if they want to schedule a free discovery if applicable. That process is where I take a look at your books or documents, ect. From there I would give an estimated price for the project and issue a contract if you want to work with us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 plus years of expereince working in different industries in this field as an employee. Decided in March of 2019 to start doing this for myself. I have a PTIN with the IRS for tax prep purposes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing varies depending on the service. My hourly rate starts at $65 per hour and varies from there. It depneds if you need project work or tax prep or something else.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in this business when I became fed up working as an employee. I spent 25 plus years as an employee and had enough. So in March of 2019, Full Charge was born and its been the best decision I ever made.
What types of customers have you worked with?
An Aerospace company, a law firm, non profits, a solar panel company, a seafood wholesaler, a electrical company, a country club, a trucking company and individuals as well.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My Non Profit client was getting ready to close the doors due to a legal glitch with the Mass Attorney Generals Non profit division. I was able to get there doors open after 6 + months of no luck on thier part. Within 1 week of them hiring me, their doors were open. Here at Full Charge we go above and beyond to help our clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask alot of questions, confirm that they know what they are doing. Talk to at least 2 to 3 pros and compare. Take the time to know who you are hiring.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What their exact needs are, what they can realisticly afford for this work, how bad of a mess have I made and be honest with yourself. We will eventually find out any way.
