What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on how healthy they want to be. We can get rid of their headaches, backaches, neck problems, hip problems, etc. They can attend our Alternative Health Seminars and to go another level of wellness. We teach them about eating healthy and the weight suddenly melts away. We teach them how to speed up their metabolism so they also have more energy to do the things they need to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Kinesiologist and have been helping people get well for 20 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$20 for the first visit. I then show them their options and show them how much money they will save because being sick is very costly. It costs 16 times (or more) to try to fix a problem rather than prevent it in the first place. We show them a lot about prevention for their lifetime health.
How did you get started in this business?
I used to be sick. Spent $65,000 trying to get well. Did everything the doctors told me to do, only to get worse. Once I found Alternative Health, I was well in 2 & 1/2 weeks and we have been helping others get well ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Young to old, male & female, people who have been barely living for 20 years because they were in so much pain, people who have spent years in bed who could hardly do anything for themselves, to people who have nagging headaches, backaches, feet problems, sleep problems, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A lady who spent 6 years in bed who couldn't even go grocery shopping. Her son met me first and kept prodding her to come in. She was tired of going to doctors, explaining her problems and not getting help, so she was skeptical that I could help her. Finally, she was in so much pain one day, she called her son at work and asked him "Who's that lady you wanted me to go see?" She cam in every day for a month and mowed their lawn first time in her life. Trimmed trees the next day. Mowed the neighbors lawn the 3rd day, trimmed the neighbors trees the 4th day. Her husband came and asked her what happened? She said, "I am a whole new person & feel great!" She became a Zumba instructor shortly thereafter.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a company in your area of expertise?
Give us a try, we are very inexpensive. Being sick is very costly. I promise, we will improve your life immensely. We will become "Best Friends" when you find out how much we care!
What questions should customers think through before talking to companies about their needs?
If your back is not broken, you don't need surgery. You don't have to go the rest of your life living with pain. We can make a huge difference without going under the knife.
