About

In private practice since 2000, my training, background, and experience includes Classical Chinese acupuncture, TCM (Traditional Chinese Acupuncture), APM (Acupuncture Physical Medicine), trigger point therapy (some call this ‘dry needling', but I incorporate a far more holistic & effective approach to releasing trigger points), myofacial release, acupuncture for fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, & post partum. I’ve worked very consistently with depression, anxiety, stress & fatigue disorders, autoimmune disorders. A lot of people seek treatment & support while undergoing cancer treatments, or recovery from any surgery/ procedure. It’s just amazing, and it never gets old how well this medicine supports and reduces side effects of a whole host of issues that people face today.

Through a radically varied background of other healing and movement experience, (including martial arts, running, yoga, Thai massage, tui na, various sports, hiking, and a LOT of travel to distant places to learn from indigenous healers), I’ve accumulated an amalgam of ways to approach working with others on their healing journeys. My gratitude for the ability to assist & witness others on the path of healing is an integral part of how I walk in the world. It’s my calling. I learn so much from people who walk through these doors, and I know for a fact that it is acupuncture’s powerful medicine that does the work, while I humbly continue to learn how to get out of the way.

An acupuncture experience with Libba is gracious holding and listening to your current body experiences while feeling included on the route of the treatment. The leftovers are noticeably felt as the body begins to harmonize from any blocked meridians, and the healing continues forward. Very grateful for her expertise and intuition in this practice.

Libba has treated me for muscle tension and pain. She is warm, professional, and targets your treatment according to your individual concerns. True to the phrase: “Laughter is the best medicine”, her sense of humor will put you at ease! I feel comfortable and safe working with Libba.

I was scheduled to have back surgery for a herniated disc in my lower back. Both my surgeon and chiropractor said surgery was the only way to stop my pain. Instead, an acquaintance referred me to Elizabeth and with regular acupuncture I was able to heal and avoid surgery altogether. I have been to other acupuncture therapists and nobody is as calm, focused, and no-nonsense as Elizabeth. Highly recommend!

I’ve suffered from lifelong allergies, asthma & eczema. I was on many medications and had a hard time finding any relief. Just a couple of sessions with Libba and my conditions were soothed...my allergies and skin started to clear up and my lungs felt extremely open.
Working with Libba was a pleasure...she is obviously very skilled and experienced in healing arts, and her approach felt fresh and integrative. I felt comfortable and supported, and the acupuncture has done wonders.
The studio and treatment room are beautiful. I would highly recommend these services!
