About
In private practice since 2000, my training, background, and experience includes Classical Chinese acupuncture, TCM (Traditional Chinese Acupuncture), APM (Acupuncture Physical Medicine), trigger point therapy (some call this ‘dry needling', but I incorporate a far more holistic & effective approach to releasing trigger points), myofacial release, acupuncture for fertility, pregnancy, childbirth, & post partum. I’ve worked very consistently with depression, anxiety, stress & fatigue disorders, autoimmune disorders. A lot of people seek treatment & support while undergoing cancer treatments, or recovery from any surgery/ procedure. It’s just amazing, and it never gets old how well this medicine supports and reduces side effects of a whole host of issues that people face today.
Through a radically varied background of other healing and movement experience, (including martial arts, running, yoga, Thai massage, tui na, various sports, hiking, and a LOT of travel to distant places to learn from indigenous healers), I’ve accumulated an amalgam of ways to approach working with others on their healing journeys. My gratitude for the ability to assist & witness others on the path of healing is an integral part of how I walk in the world. It’s my calling. I learn so much from people who walk through these doors, and I know for a fact that it is acupuncture’s powerful medicine that does the work, while I humbly continue to learn how to get out of the way.
