About

We stand out by offering our clients the very best in service for thier tax return filing needs. One of the many ways we accomplish this goal is to leverage latest technology to prepare accuate returns, protect their sensitive information, and to provide a secure method of exchanging information so that, in most cases, the client does not have to leave the comfort of their home or office.

The most enjoyable part of my work is that I get to help my clients get through what could be a very stressful and sometimes confusing part of the new year.

Frequently asked questions

First thing when we engage a new client is set up a login for our secure file exchange portal called SecureFilePro. This portal allows us to exchange information and documents in a secure encrypted manner. Next, we will sent a tax organizer to the client for them to fill out and return to us, along with their tax documents. SecureFilePro allows our cliens to either scan or take pics of their important documents and send them to us securely. After consoltations and the preparation of their return, the client can e-sign the return through SecureFilePro and we will e-file the return.

I have a B.S. in Business Accounting. Also, I complete the IRS Annual Tax Season Program every year with the required classroom credit to maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax law.

Base fee for standard Form 1040 + one state return is $125. Schedule A for itemized deductions is an additional $25. Schedule C for self-employed taxpayers is $75 each. Some other forms and schedules may require additional fees based on the complexity of the forms. Additional state returns are $25 each.

I started as an engineer, but decided on a career change 14 years ago. I began studying business and enrolled into accounting program to earn my B.S. in 2010. I performed well in all my tax classes. I started out doing tax returns for just family and freinds. Now, I am offering my experience and knowledge to my clients.

I have prepared many various tax returns for individuals from self-employed to single parent with children to retired federal employee. I have also worked with small businesses on S-corp tax returns.

I would advise working with a tax preparer that has completed the IRS Annual Tax Season Refresher course and has their Certificate of Completion. The IRS lists preparers that have completed the program on their website. Tax returns are seriously important, and you will want to trust your taxes to someone that is just as serious; someone that has taken the time and effort to stay on top of new tax law developments.
