About

I love helping people feel better, have better health and live their lives to the fullest.

I used a variety of services in my practice in order to get the best possible results. The services may include gentle, balancing chiropractic care, massage, nutritional supplements, lifestyle recommendations and brain based therapies.

I am lisenced as a Doctor of Chiropractic in North Carolina, since 1988. I have two massage therpaists who work for me, who are lisenced.

In my quest to help as many people as possible, I am constantly learning, whether it is additional chiropractic techniques to fine tune the care I give or the latests information on how diet and lifestyle affect our health, I am always learning something.

Frequently asked questions

I like to give my clients the time they deserve.  By spending extra time with you, I can find out your specific needs and wants.  Every client is different and each client gets personalized care designed to help them acheive their goals as best as possible.

Doctor of Chiropractic Degree - graduated Magna Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College in December 1987.

100 hour acupuncture certificate

Certificate of completion - 32 hour course on diet and inflammation

Certificate of completion - 100 hours in functional medicine

Over 1000 hours of Continuing Education in Chiropractic, Accupuncture and Nutrition.

When I was in my Twenties, I got tired of the medical approach to care, which was (and still is, generally) to cover up symptoms with drugs.  I sought chiropractic care for a shoulder injury and found many other symptoms I had, such as headache and sinus problems resolved.  I decided that I wanted to help others regain their health through the magic of chiropractic care.

I have worked with a wide variety of customers, such as farmers with acute low back disc problems to executives with tight necks.  I have helped disabled individuals walk better with less support.  I have helped individuals with weakness due to nerve damage regain function.  I have helped children with ADHD go from being in the principal's office to the honor roll.  I have helped others, with health problems, regain their health and get off medications.  I have helped healthy people come up with a plan to remain healthy.

I would want to make sure the person I am working with will take the time to evaluate me and treatment me as an individual, rather than "herding" me through or taking a cookie cutter approach.

Customers should think about thier goals and what they are willing to do to meet them.
