What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients we like to start by understaning the company, what makes them unique, and discover where they would like for their company to be and when. In listening to our clients we are able to uncover what sort of campaign they are interested in having us work on, and this also allows us to determine if Marley Wayne is able to add value to the company with our work. From the initial consultation we work on some solutions with the clients and present them in a follow up meeting and determine the details. Marley Wayne does not win if you are not satisfied with the work and we arrange our pricing around that. We set a base pay for a project and if your expectations are exceeded by the work than we recieve the balance as a bonus.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with my concentration in Marketing.
How did you get started in this business?
My start in marketing came managing and directing social media for a local Winston-Salem brewery while I was finishing school for marketing. As I was able to apply the knowledge learned in the classroom into the real world I was hooked and never looked back.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If you are looking at a company to assist in any marketing/ advertising project one of the most important things is to make sure that you are both on the same page and have the same goal. Time and money have been wasted when these elements do not line up, so always make sure you are dedicated to the same goal and have effectively communicated what you are looking for.
