My knowledge is based on real life experiences and how I learned to cope with them. Paired with over 30 years understanding relationships in various fields I have worked in, I felt it was time to help others, which truly satisfies me. It's an exciting and challenging time to work in this field with the social issues we have been dealing with.
I also work closely with Dr. Jeanne Matthews, MA, MEd, PsyD. She is a top notch therapist and also mine. yes, everyone needs therapy. You're not alone!
Stress, anxiety, and fear can freeze a person. I love to see a person get unstuck. I enjoy helping people return to some kind of normalcy emotionally so they can move forward easier. It's not an instant gratification process but I enjoy seeing a client go forward. I have always felt the desire to help people. Becoming a life coach has offered me that opportunity. 30 years of working with individual, couples, and family relationships. Mentored by a top notch psychiatrist. Practicing what I preach on a daily basis.

We are a private pay practice; however, some clients do submit the invoice they receive to their insurance for reimbursement.
Standard pricing is $50 for 1 hour
How did you get started in this business?
I found myself coaching my friends and giving advice that would help. They kept coming back for more. I realized I had a special skill people needed and it is rewarding to me.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find someone you connect with, who will listen to you and understand what you really want out of life.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
None. Keep an open mind and be honest. Nothing should be practiced before a meeting.
