What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use a simple project manager in our Client Portal (https://pixallus.com/hosting) to manage weekly or one-off tasks.
For bigger projects, we use Ora.pm for onboarding, estimations, time trasking, project reporting, and more.

How did you get started in this business?
I built my first program over 20years ago while I was working at a civil engineering firm. The program would measure horizontal and vertical angles of remote locations including top of cell towers, top of water tanks, basically anything that isnt physically reachable, then it would calculate state plain coordinates and MSL with redundancy. After this, I become intersted in different langauages, CMS websites, hosting, and markteing.
