Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone conversation is generally requested. In about 15 minutes I can generally learn enough about your business and needs to determine if Creative Allies is the right fit. From there we'll discuss further your specific needs and how we can help. I will put together a proposal with pricing options and we'll go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Creative Allies has been around since 2009. Our current team is comprised of account managers, graphic designers, web developers, and copywriters.
We offer our clients a wide range of marketing services to grow their brands and engage with their consumers. By partnering with Creative Allies, our clients get connected with their consumers, fans, and followers to shape or enhance their brand story in a compelling way.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We don't have standard pricing, it's custom based on the client's needs. I can typically turn around pricing or at least a range within 24 hours.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been CEO of Creative Allies since 2018 and prior to that I held several leadership positions with technology and healthcare companies.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our clients include both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. We've executed projects with clients in education, venture capital, entertainment, and sports.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I recommend that you get a good feeling that the pro is looking to do what is best for your business. A vendor who is just looking to sell you 'something' versus making sure what they offer solves your problem probably isn't the right one for you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think through your budget, and know what you are capable of spending as marketing fees can vary greatly and you will save time if the pro knows a budget range. Also, ask about past experience with the specific services you are looking to obtain.
