How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the business helping friends and family out by preparing their taxes for them. In 2014, I decided to get paid for preparing taxes and I joined Liberty Tax Services. In 2017, my father told me I should be working for myself instead of someone else before he passed away. I decided then to start my own business where I am helping people, but not ripping them off.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I always suggest that you compare prices/rates. I have low rates, but someone may have even lower rates. Also speak with them, see if you get a positive feelings from talking to them. First impression/feelings can help you make a good solid decision.
