What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a new client I love to listen to their needs and make sure I can give them the best solution that would help them with their problem. I also like to get to know my client so they can see that I am very honest and trustworthy, you can have a great service and ruin it by not researching and helping your client the honest way.

That's a great question, I have great companies that I am affiliated with that offers great training strategies I have all the proper credentials to help people with their financial needs.

How did you get started in this business?
I have been preparing taxes for 3 years but I didn't know all the steps I had to take to get started on my own so I decided to join an online tax service, I also joined an online credit repair business that has many services!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with my family, my friends & a few online people that has became my best friends as well.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Well, I joined a great networking group of Lady entrepreneurs and I love going to that group because we learn a lot from one another about online and offline businesses. One event that I went to with my ladies I won every prize they had in one night, & I made a lot of new friends as well😁
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say look for people who is honest, that gives great customer service, that can help you with solutions for your problems, and that will make you feel like you made the best choice. The field I'm in takes a trustworthy person, you are dealing with people's social security numbers and their money so make sure you asking questions before trusting anyone with your valuable information.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long have you been with the company? Have this company had issues? How long have you been in this field? Can I trust you with my valuable information? Can we video chat? Do you have customers I can speak to about your services?
