What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a Discovery Call. The purpose of this call is to uncover the ways in which value can be added to our new client's life.
The next step is engagement. We look at the way we can work together.
Fulfillment is the next phase. We gather necessary information from the client and work on achieving the expected value/desired results. There is a lot of communication during this phase (it may even seem redundant).
Completion. We finalize everything that was brought about during fulfillment and get the client's final approval.
