I have been doing taxes since 2005. I have own this business since 2010. We offer year-round services to meet every client's needs, from taxes to bookkeeping of individuals to businesses to not for profit organizations. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I pick up information. Within 3-4 hrs, I inform client of tax status and receive confirmation to file. Once filed, I return all tax documents to clients, obtain needed signatures and payment if necessary. Afterwards, I inform clients of tax status via text messages if applicable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing taxes for 16 years. I have owned my office for 11 years. I have also taught federal and state income tax classes.
How did you get started in this business?
I have a Master in Accountancy and worked at a national chain for 3 years. I enjoyed it so much, I opened my own office.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Individuals, families, sole proprietorships, partnerships and S- Corporations.
