About

I recognize that sometimes you really just want to talk.

I understand that sometimes you really just need to be heard.

My goal is to listen; listening is not only a tool, it is an art and a beautiful technique that may be the saving grace in someone's life.

The need and desire to be heard can become, an overwhelming and exceedingly stressful emotion that can lead to and feel like an inability to cope.

Do you feel this is you? Are you are full of integrated emotions that surround you?

Avoidance is no longer working and you are no longer the authentic person you set out to be.

I am a Trauma, Grief & Attachment Therapist Specializing in Sex Addiction and Intimacy. This allows me to help individuals explore and regulate their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors as they struggle with levels of PTSD, anxiety, hyper-vigilant behavior, depression, and more.

I would love to provide the patience you need and deserve.

Watching people regain confidence in themselves brings me joy! I enjoy the chance to provide my clients with the tools to security, confidence, and self-discovery within themselves.

This is why I continue to work for you!
