Surf's Up Grill & Bar

You guys. Last night was the pits. My sister and I placed take-out orders around 6:30 & 6:40; the app said come by to pick up at 7 & 7:10. Which I did. And waited until past 8:30. While the surly hostess got angry and told everyone who was waiting for take-out (there was a group of 5 or 6 parties) that they were working on it. Which was clearly not true, for a whole big chunk of time. Fix the time estimate on your app, or just dont accept take-out orders if you dont intend to fulfill them in a timely way, instead of serving the entire restaurant before finally getting around to us. We were so over it by the time the food finally came out. Nothing but a bad vibe.
