We are a staff of 5 PTIN Certified and knowledgeable tax preparers. My name is Kristal Young CEO at Virtual Tax Charlotte. I take great pride in being able to assist clients successfully. I have personally prepared taxes for 5 yearsy. My staff has been updated on the 2019 tax changes and we continue to educate ourselves.
I enjoy helping people, the feeling I get when I hear my clients say thank you with a smile on their faces is everything. I enjoy meeting people and answering their questions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our clients are required to complete a client intake form for their protection as well as ours. We also request that the client completes a EIC form and Schedule C form if claiming either status. After the forms are complete , we request copies of your documents through a secured service. After all forms have been received, we complete the return for the client the same day. After the return has been completed we request the clients signature on a Consent form, 8879 if claiming CTC , EIC or AOTC, Tax return and bank documents. To complete our process we notify the client's of their acceptance status.

My passion has always been to get people information that they may not otherwise get from someone else. I started by helping family members and friends.

Look for someone who is knowledgeable or able to find the answers you seek. The best way to help a client is to make sure that they are sure of their decisions before proceeding.
