Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All we need is a completed 1 page application and a credit report for creditchecktotal.com to get you pre-approved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the Real Estate field for 23 years. I started my training at Central Piedmont Community College in 1995 in the Real Estate training classes and completed training at Mingle Real Estate School in 1996 to become a Real Estate Agent. In 1998, I also became a mortgage loan broker. Then, in 2000, I furthered my real estate education and took classes in Real Estate Appraisal and became I licensed Real Estate Appraiser. Now, I am out to help others build their business as a Business Loan Broker.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There are no upfront fees involved for me to help you grow your business with funding.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a mortgage broker in 1998 and after the mortgage fall, I did less mortgage loans and I found business owners that needed working capital, credit lines, or unsecured loans, I became a business loan broker.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all types of customers to small businesses to startups to large business corporations.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I've learned more at every event I've attended, but, mostly at Loan Broker events.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advice anyone looking for any type of business loan to give me the chance to show that I can find the right loan for them cause the company I work for has done well over $2mill in funding and has so many options to work with.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
A customer's 1st question should be, "Are there any upfront fees to apply for a loan?". Because you should never have to pay to know what you can qualify for.
Their 2nd question should be, "What options do I have as far as loan types?" Because we offer many types of loans such as, Working Capital, Equipment Finance, Unsecured Loans, Revenue Based Advances, Business Term Loans, and Residential/Commercial Real Estate Loans.
Their 3rd question should be, "How long does it take to receive funding?" Because in some situations we can have you approved in 2 business days and funded in 3 business days.
