I have lived in Charlotte for 14 years and never could find a salon or stylist that actually did what I asked or made suggestions. I always came out looking like a poodle or with a bob. I started going to Untangled in 2011 and have gone there ever since!

The atmosphere is friendly, it is a clean and everyone treats you like they have known you for years. Lori has done my hair repeatedly. I have had extensions, color, highlights, lowlights, and eyebrows done and never once have I been disappointed and ALWAYS leave in a better mood because I just feel better about myself.

I started taking my daughter there and she fell in love with Hannah. Hannah helped her choose a style and color and did exactly what she wanted.

All the other stylist are great as well...you can just tell their customers appreciate their hard work by watching the interaction between the client and the stylist.

I would NEVER gone anywhere else....sorry Untangled...you are stuck with me from now on!
