1. Typically our clients request our services via our website.

2. We then add them to our system and send them a link via email to access the secure client portal where they can begin answering questions and uploading tax documents using their computer,  tablet, and or cellphone.

3. Once they have completed the profile, they will follow the instructions in the portal to notify us. They will recieve a confirmation message via text with the estimated completion time.

4. Our firm will retrieve the info from the client portal and begin processing the return.

5. The return will be sent securely via email through DocuSign where the client can review and sign from any device. 

6. Once all signatures are recieved, an invoice is sent (if client is paying at time of submission) and then the return is submitted to the IRS following the paid invoice. Our clients also have the option to pay by refund.
