Connecting my clients with other services that makes them grow.Worked with a young lady that just opened a retail store.Noticed the she have traffic coming in the store but very little sales. She did not have the inventory that they wanted, because she doesn't have the capital to buy enough of what they really want. She was always running out of stock. So I did the financial documents that banks wanted to give her loan.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell them who I am and what I do in relation to their industry. Find out what type of service they are looking for. I review two prior years tax return. This gives me an idea of what I may need from them before onboarding them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an accountant(CPA). I have been doing tax returns for individuals and businesses. I do bookkeeping and payroll.
