A Peace of Mind Therapeutic Services, PLLC offers teletherapy only services in order to reach more people who are in need of therapy who may not otherwise be able to access it.
I love partnering with my clients and seeing them grow. Life can be very rewarding, but it can also come with a multitude of challenges. We may find some of these challenges to be more difficult to manage than others-where we need outside, professional assistance.
I have been helping individuals, couples, families, and groups for over twenty years as a social worker. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Telemental Health Professional who thrives off of my clients success. I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples to manage stress, conflict, and anxiety from various modalities from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to Interpersonal approaches.
