As a therapist, I have had the privilege of helping individuals from diverse backgrounds navigate challenges and rediscover their strengths. I bring a creative and personalized approach to therapy, with a particular passion for art therapy and anime therapy as ways to connect, heal, and express emotions. While these are some of my favorite approaches, I am trained and skilled in a variety of therapeutic techniques to ensure our work together is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
