About
My service stands out how I empower my clients with the use of technology to experience emotional wellness to promote balance in all areas of their life one session at a time.
I have been practicing clinical social work for 10 years in various states across the US. I use a client center approach with a non-judgmental, empathetic approach to meet the clients' needs.
I am licensed to practice as psychotherapist is New Jersey, North Carolina, New York and North Dakota.
I enjoy the serendipitous nature of the work I do. No two clients story will ever be the same. I enjoy helping others discover their own strengths that was already inside of them. Collaboratively, we unpack the baggage and use new tools to create a life of optimal mental wellness.

How did you get started in this business?
I enjoy helping others discover their own strengths that was already inside of them. Collaboratively, we unpack the baggage and use new tools to create a life of optimal mental wellness.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types. Having worked for a period of time in North Dakota, North Carolina, New Jersey, and New York then in the heart of Concord– I have worked with an array of people. Everyone’s case is unique in its own way.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My greatest recent experience involved reuniting a lovely couple back together. They realized that the only way to get through is to have a positive mindset. I also used a clients center approach with a non-judgmental, empathetic approach to meet their needs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We would tell them to look to establish a friendship with whoever it is you will give your business to. Make sure that they are responsive to your phone calls and emails. There is nothing more frustrating then working with a counselor that you can’t ever seem to reach. We realize this and we want to ensure you will feel like our only customer. And while we realize that this is a business agreement we want to take stress and tension out of the equation and build a friendship throughout the process.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I've been conducting counseling services for over 6 years. I've seen tons of errors and issues come up. I prefer doing your own research because anything they teach in the classrooms is only concepts. I am all self-taught and I learn only the things I need to know for my clients and my partner.
Is being an independent counselor important to you, because I find solutions that work for you and in your best interest?
