I am an experienced, highly skilled clinician with excellent listening skills. My approach is straight forward and compassionate. I believe that all clients are unique and have needs that are important to their well being.

I enjoy using evidence-based therapy such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help clients achieve their treatment goals. I am grateful for the opportunity to build trust with my client and to feel comfortable discussing their issues with me. Establishing therapeutic rapport and trust is important.
