What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential clients will be scheduled for a one on one information session. Once the client decides to move forward they will receive an email to log into the secure portal (this is where all communication, file sharing and documents are sent). We will get some agreements signed. We will then start with the process. Depending on what service the client has requested there may be a deposit.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started over 10 years ago, in about 1999 when I went to the local franchise tax prep., office. I was so curious to see how he came up with the numbers that he allowed me to sit and watch the entry. The following year I decided to sign up for their training which would allow me to work in their office for the tax season. While doing this I work for a company handling the invoicing, a/r and a/p. Some years down the line I worked as payroll specialist for a large payroll software provider and decided at that moment how much I enjoyed crunching numbers and getting results.
