What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free "Connect" session to link and identify directon and goals. From there we scehdule a follow-up session where we will review and complete intake packet (coaching agreement, coaching disclaimer, service description, wellness screener, goal worksheet, etc). We also discuss pay options and session scheduling during this time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master degree in Human Service Counseling and Certified Lif Coach. I have over 16 years working in mental health as a counselor/therapist with extensive trainings and certifications, serving individuals and familes.
