What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet all of my clients face to face. If that's not possible we can video chat. But we have conversation to get to know one another therefore I can get a better understanding as to what services they are needed and advise them of the best action plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree in Accounting. I have over 15 years of experience.

I do not have standard pricing. All prices are based on which services are needed.
How did you get started in this business?
I took accounting in high school and loved it. All through high school I ran my father's mechanical shop front office after school. I was also in charge of his accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll. Once I graduated I decided to get my degree.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with the average client who needed the bare minimum done all way up to a small business client that needed a little bit of everything done.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Currently this tax season I decided to do some charitable work. I went out to several senior citizens residential developments and did their taxes for free.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your due diligence. Make sure you're checking reviews on social media, Google, and Yelp. Also make sure if you're going to be working with someone for a extended period of time that you guys mesh well together.
