What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask them questions while preparing their taxes and make copies of the necessary documents to add to their file. Then I will be all around friendly. Talking about family to make the filing process run so much smoother
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing taxes on the side for about 5 years, independently and with a tax company. I have a BS with a concentration in HR Management and Business Development.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My prices varies on the return amount. It ranges from $75-$2000.
How did you get started in this business?
I used to help my mom process paper returns in the 90s and I enjoyed. I got tired of going to the businesses that was so impersonal and giving out personal information in a open atmosphere where your information could be exposed to the public. I started processing my own returns and decided to help family and friends with their returns.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked business owners, college students, home owners, self employed and regular W2 workers. I've also processed W7 employees.
