I learn about their situation by asking a few questions and listening to details. I then provide expert service based on the needs of my client.

Every client is different but the average 'Joe' is around $150.
How did you get started in this business?
I was in many financial service related companies for 12 years and decided to use my expertise to provide a more affordable and more convenient way of having taxes prepared.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone. Teenage workers, newlyweds, college students, individuals with disabilities, individuals in retirement, and people of every nation, creed, and tongue!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My clients amaze me. I just received my favorite review from one of my clients. Part of the review states: "Michael [(I go by Michael)] is very knowledgeable about the tax system and how it all works. He is willing to take the time to explain everything to you, and he does so patiently. He is also mobile, he literally came to our house and did our taxes at our kitchen table. The level of stress that was lifted from me was incredible..." The rest of the review is visible to the public on Google reviews.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask them some hard questions relating to your needs. If they are able to provide you peace and reassurance and put your mind at ease, then I say hire that pro!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Having information on their income and other tax documents will help the pro ask appropriate questions.
