I am a Massage Therapist and Healing Touch Certified Practitioner. Heal&Empower Yourself is a non-tipping facility. The price includes that you are 60 minutes on the table.
I offer “Deeply Effective” Massage Therapy. Using intuition, higher sense perceptions, and a detailed knowledge of human anatomy, I set the intention to do what the body asks of the work this includes Swedish, deep tissue, orthopedic massage, myofascial release, hot Himalayan salt stones ect.
If you prefer me coming to your house, I offer this too for an additional fee.
My passion is to help people to feel better, to help them to get in the stage of self-healing and getting back on their soul path. Often a combination of Massage, Healing Touch and hot stones is very helpful. Since 20+ years I am interested in the energy medicine and holistic approach of healing. I have done many studies and gained lots of certifications. Now I combine all my knowledge to always find the best approach for each client to help them to heal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is an assessment as well. I'll ask them for problem areas and areas on which to focus. We will talk about the health history but also what is going on emotionally and mentally. Then we will create a goal for the session and make a plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Liscensed Massage Therapist , a Healing Touch Certified Pratitioner, Life Coach and Natural Health Consultant
