In many years as a speaker, executive coach and management consultant, I've created and presented talks and seminars for clients on many subjects. I've spoken to groups up to a hundred many times, and several times groups of a thousand. My reviews have often included praise for challenging and inspiring people in ways that result in long term change. A video sample of my work with a group of managers is included here.
I was brought in to facilitate a conversation in an Engineering company between 20 staff in a Computer Aided Design (CAD) group and their manager. The confrontation of the manager by employees had nearly grown physical. The manager was unwilling to get within 50 yards of their area.
I convinced the manager to find me some police riot gear to wear to address the CAD group. When I showed up like that, laughter in the group broke the ice. They pretty quickly revealed issues which weren't the manager's fault. It took 4 sessions with some straight talk and responisiveness to the group from other managers, but after the 4th session in 2 months, the CAD group was more productive than ever.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING: Interview the client to determine what they hope to have their participants learn or experience from the talk or seminar. I work closely with the client to ensure I cover the specific topics they request. If they could have anything, I want to know what their fondest wish would be for their group?
ESL (ENGLISH as a SECOND LANGUAGE) and READING AND WRITING: Through a conversation determine student's functional level of spoken and written English and make appropriate assignments from texts. Provide weekly phone support to review lessons, answering any questions, make new assignments, and also assist student if they need familiarizing with American culture.
