What astonishes me is how little people are willing to settle for in their life. So they will put up with things and not enjoy being here.
After finishing my Ph.D., I enjoyed coaching thousands of individuals, from Fortune 500 executives to girls and women part of different NGOs. I repeatedly saw that there are no shortcuts, silver bullets, secret sauces, or magic beans. The work is the shortcut!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can book different packages depending on your need.
What a package can offer you is commitment and accountability to make progress. Unless you just have a one-time need, most often to accomplish a more complex goal you will need multiple sessions across multiple weeks or months. The packages are there to help you start and maintain your progress.

In the last decade, I had the joy of coaching 1,000+ individuals from Fortune 500 executives to girls and women part of different NGOs. I have a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology (University of Tennessee, U.S.), a Master in Strategic HR Management (University of Salamanca, Spain), and a Master in Organizational Psychology (University of Bucharest, Romania).
