No insurance required — our practice has a no financial barriers policy. To keep fees affordable, we do not go under contract with insurance companies. People wishing to use their insurance are able to do so and they are reimbursed directly by their insurance company.
Open — Your health care should be a comforting experience. Our family adjusting suite is a reflection of our approach. No closed doors or intimidating, uncomfortable cubicles.
A respected educator, Brown has played a leadership role at chiropractic colleges as a member of boards of trustees, served as Executive Vice President/Provost at a chiropractic college and has led a chiropractic accrediting commission.
His scholarly work includes presentations on the principles, practice and philosophy of chiropractic; original work on the history of the chiropractic profession; innovation in chiropractic instrumentation and international development of the chiropractic profession.
He has been the recipient of many honors including the Service to Profession Award from Palmer College of Chiropractic; Fellow in the College of Straight Chiropractic; Sherman College Regent of the Year; and is a member of the Academy of Chiropractic Philosophers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation, review of health history, spinal analysis and adjustment if needed. We have x-ray on premises for those patients who need x-ray. Not everyone needs to be x-rayed and this is determined through examination findings.

First visit consultation, spinal analysis and adjustment is 75.00
If x-rays are needed they would be additional, depending upon region of the spine.
After the first visit routine office calls are 45.00 on the regular system.
After the first visit patients may choose to participate in the Cooperative System, a no financial barriers approach with a self-determined fee. Please contact the office for more information 803-366-8100.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Choosing a chiropractor should be based upon the ability of the doctor to locate, analyze and correct vertebral subluxations. The chiropractor should monitor the patient's spine carefully using thermographic instrumentation like the TyTron C-5000 we use here.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The patient looking for the highest quality care should ask if the chiropractor's work is centered on proper analysis and correction of vertebral subluxations.
