What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will speak with the client on the phone, video conference, or email ; whichever works best for the client. After our conversation, the client will be provided a new client package to review, sign, and return. Once all agreements and disclosures have been returned, clients will be provided the link for the mobile app so they can begin uploading documents. If they prefer to email instead, that is acceptable as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years tax preparation experience, I have a MHA that includes business education, I have a secure tax software and have been certified by the banks.
