Also, I have many years of experience dealing with multi-state tax filing requirements. I can help you regardless of your situation, from simple and straightforward situations to more complex and convoluted tax matters. I can assist you with tax deductions and credits that can be easily overlooked. I would be honored to be your tax consultant, adviser, or accountant beyond the tax filing season. My initial tax consultations are always complimentary. Are you interested in an unbiased review and analysis of your prior tax returns as well as your current tax situation? You have nothing to lose and a new insight about your business or individual tax outlook to gain.
My passion is to guide, direct, mentor, and educate my clients when it comes to their taxes so they can take control and charge of their financial situation on a business and individual level.
In addition, I am an accredited small business consultant using the SEMP Approach (Simplified Examination to Maximize Profit) so I can assist small business owners in improving their operations' productivity, efficiency, and profitability. It is imperative for every business to have a SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) done on their businesses. I would like to be viewed as your coach and business mentor in every phase of your business cycle.

I offer a complimentary 15-30 minute initial tax, accounting and business consultations where I connect with all business owners and individual taxpayers to discuss their tax and accounting needs in more details. I listen to your story and assess your situation based on a holistic approach. In addition, I am an accredited small business consultant who can help with your day-to-day business operations. Individual tax preparation starts at $200 for a simple return and that includes federal and state returns (1 State). Business tax preparation starts at $500 or higher depending on the level of complexity and involvement. I do not charge by the form or the number of tax documents; instead, I base my service on the value offered to my clients in terms of tax savings as well as tax compliance to protect them from potential IRS audits. Bookkeeping is at the hourly rate of $75. My monthly charge starts at $150 and will go up depending on the level of complexity and moving parts in the accounts. Please rest assured that I will only charge what is necessary based on your situation. I recently passed the examination to become an accredited small business consultant. If you need assistance with a SWOT Analysis or need to discuss operational inefficiencies and deficiencies, let's talk.

I worked with a client to abate $8,000 of IRS penalties. I reviewed the 3 last year's tax returns of a prospective client with multi state tax filing requirement. I discovered that he overpaid his state taxes by approximately $15,000. We amended his prior years' tax returns to get this money back to him.
