We specialize in accounting, bookkeeping and tax services for small to medium sized businesses, (including sole proprietorships, LLCs, Partnerships, S Corporations, C Corporations), Individuals, Non-Profit Organizations.
We also offer advice and help with business set-up, business plan preparation, and merger & acquisition issues.
If you or your business have issues with the IRS or state taxing authorities, we are authorized to represent you in the resolution of those issues, and negotiate with the appropriate authorities for theresolution of those issues.

What is your typical process for working with a new client?
Initial phone or email contact to set up a time to discus the accouting and/or tax needs of the client.
There is no charge for an initial consultation to determine the abovr.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Undergraduate degrees in both accounting and business administration.
MBA with a concentration in fincance.
Ten years as corporate controller
Twenty plus years working with individuals, small businesses and non-profit entities on their accounting & tax needs.
Enrolled Agent, licensed to represent clients in all US states.

Tax returns are priced per type of return, complexity and tax forms required.
Accounting is billed at $85 per hour
IRS & state tax issue problem resolution is currently billed at $125 per hour, with a $500 minimum.
How did you get started?
Worked in corporate accouting for ten years, with individual tax clients on the side.
Worked in public accounting after that in small business, individual & non-profit accouting and tax issues, with side clients.
Went fulltime on my own in 2013
