We like to meet with clients, how it's most convenient for them, to discover their unique needs for tax and accounting services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cassie Melton, CPA is a licensed CPA in the state of NC (License #33893). As a CPA Cassie is required to maintain 40 hours of continuneing education.
Mandy Wakem has her master's degree in accountancy and is currently in the process of taking the CPA exams.

We have set affordable hourly rates for tax and accounting services with minimum rates for certain tax and accounting projects. Contact our office for more information.

Melton & Wakem, PC works with all different clients. We have experience with individuals, business (large and small), estates and trusts. Some industries we have experience in include fast food/restaurants, e-commerce, construction, real estate, health care related services and many more.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When looking for a CPA think about what matters to you and how we can connect with your needs. Be sure your verify their credentials. Interview potential preparers, some may have different focuses or structures that better suit your needs. Ask how they will bill and how they conduct their workflow. Ultimately, make sure the CPA is a right fit for your needs.
