We provide a full range of bookkeeping, accounting and tax services for clients that range from retail to construction.
Our services include monthly sales tax reporting, payroll, bank reconciliations and monthly write-up services. We file all payroll tax forms and can make all required payroll tax deposits. At the end of the year we will provide the required Form W-2 for all employees and required1099s for vendors that are not incorporated. End of the year tax returns can be prepared and filed.
Helping small business owners avoid the problems record keeping, hassles of payroll, avoid tax issues that plague most small business. We help the business owner profitable as possible by letting focus on his business and worrying about the paper or tax deadlines. The building a good working relationship between a business owner and his accountant is one of the most important assists a small business owner can have.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have a meeting with the new client so that I might understand their business and business model. I would need to know what the client needs for his business and what the client wants as it pertains to the accounting process and what the expectations are.
This meeting will also let the client get to now how I would approach their accounting needs and get an idea what my experience is as it relates to the busiess.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an accounting degree from Mississippi College and some 45 years of accounting experience covering areas of retail, wholesale, cost accounting as it relates to Cost of Goods Sold as well as Job Cost. I have experience with several accounting systems. I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Once I understand what is involved in giving the client the best possible solutions for their accounting needs, I normaly give a monthly fixed rated to do the work.
How did you get started in this business?
I was studing accounting at Mississippi College and began working wiith a small construction company and I have been doing accounting related ever since 1969.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with small business, usually under 10 employees. These are the companies that I can help the most with all their record keeping and taxes.
