What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are conducting client interviews over the phone or via zoom conference due to Covid-19. This is to ensure the safety and convenience between client and staff.
Clients are offered three methods to drop off and pick up tax documents:
1). Mail/USPS
2). Digitally/Online
3). In-Person: For In-Person, Please call to schedule an appointment to ensure we have a safe communication distance between client and staff. Clients will be asked to remain in their vehicle until his/her return is completed.
We are taking additional measures to ensure safe handling of documents: using protective gear and implementing sanitary guidelines.
