What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introduction I get information pertaining to their particular tax situation.... The next step is to give them advise on things that raise a flag to me.... I inform the client I would like to look at their prior year return to get a better understanding of their situation... I collect personal information scan all tax documents so they can be immediately returned. I also give them a quote based on what I see and what needs to be done.... Prior tp filing the return I give previews and answer any questions they may have.
