About
My own story of recovery and healing has giving me so many wonderful gifts that have helped me in my work as a therapist. With the assistance of my therapist I was able to find the courage to heal, take risks, and find joy in my life. I want to be able to ”give back” and help others on their journey.
I enjoy meeting people and helping them to better understand themselves and to uncover ways they have sabotaged their success in life and in their intimate relationships. So many people are simply surviving life. I want to encourage and support you as you learn how to ”live” life!

How did you get started in this business?
Having been raised in a rather disfunctional family, I entered the adult world too early and with few tools to navigate healthy relationships.
One tool I did manage to carry with me throughout childhood and the thing that propelled me to find a therapist and ask for help as a young adult was “hope”. I never lost my belief in the possibility of finding something better for my life.
When I found that life, I wanted to be able to share it with others who struggled as I had and to provide a light for them in their search for joy.
