What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the customer and set up an initial 60-minute consultation, which is free of charge. I find out what their needs are. If we have a mutual interest in each other, then we can meet again to find out what their long-term needs are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Washington Univ-St. Louis. I am currently trying to complete a Master's Degree in Accounting & Tax from Maryville Univ-St. Louis.
