I have been counseling for almost 30 years.

I love people and am passionate about helping people through challenging transitions, grief, marriage counseling, difficult or broken relationships, mood disorders, parenting, separation, divorce, blended families, abuse issues and addiction in the family.

I also like to help people to experience healthier relationships. I provide minor tune ups to major overhauls.

People say I am caring, compassionate and competent. My professional style is interpersonal, collaborative, emotionally focused and family-systems oriented. I don’t do insurance but do a sliding scale. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and a National Certified Counselor.
