Serving many people with anxiety and depression, as well as those in crisis or traumatic situations suffering from PTSD
I see paople of various ages (12 and up) I see many teens in crisis situations, as well as people of diverse backgrounds, including First Responders.
I use EMDR and Brainspotting (BSP) for many of these situations.
I get to meet so many people and discuss a variety of things in the time frame we decide on. I work in a low pressure environment, including a very comfortable office. I don't rush people when they have something to share, we work at their pace.
