How did you get started in this business?
In 2004, our founder, Cara Miller, saw a gap in how agencies were serving their customers. Not only were large agencies selling clients solutions that they didn't need and didn't work, 80% of buyers were female, yet only 97% of creative directors were male. The disconnect in the needs of businesses and what agencies were offering was evident, and ZIV set out to make a difference.\

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
In addition to a ZIV designed and developed bank website winning website of the year, one of our nonprofit clients just completed another year of providing free school supplies to numerous teachers at underprivileged schools in the area! We're proud of their work and thankful for the opportunity to have worked with them.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for an agency that will be an advocate for you, not only in helping you relate your value to users and consumers but in ensuring it's relayed in ways those users and consumers can understand.
