Hello. Pleased to meet you! Our agency specializes in building great websites for small businesses all over the US. We're Kansas City-based, and work with clients in all different industries. We use the WordPress content management system to custom design every site we build, and we make the process as easy as possible from start to finish. We also offer comprehensive search engine marketing services, social media management, and content marketing for those clients who continue to work with us after their new site goes live. Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We don't have a standard pricing system, because when it comes to website design and development, no two sites are alike ... well, at least no two of ours! We are not a template shop, and never work with pre-made, template WordPress theme. When you work with us, you can expect a new site that's built from scratch specifically designed for your business. The pricing varies a bit based on the size of the site, whatever special features or functions we need to develop, and whether or not we're creating any content for you -- just shoot us an email with the details, and we'll be happy to put together a proposal for you: hello [at] jade.solutions. And if you're looking for more than just website design and development, we also offer a range of ongoing monthly/quarterly services including: search engine marketing, social media management, and content development -- all of which are priced on a case-by-case basis.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Small(er) businesses, usually with fewer than 50 employees, are the clients who contact us most frequently. They've outgrown the "do-it-yourself" approach, but don't necessarily have the budget for a corporate agency. We always enjoy working with these clients -- no matter what industry they're in! We take great pride in the relationships we develop with these companies, and frequently continue to work with them for many years after we build their website.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We work with clients of all shapes and sizes ... from the independent business owner who works from home to the 250 employee company with a big, fancy office, and we love them all! No two projects are ever the same, but with each comes a unique set of challenges that always keep things interesting.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Whether you work with us, or choose another web design and development firm, be absolutely sure that YOU own every part of your website ... from the domain, to the design, to the hosting account. Sadly, there are many agencies who will register a client's website and provide hosting under the guise of being helpful when in fact, they then own everything about your company's online presence ... in some cases, even your email accounts! With JADE Interactive, your business website and everything related to it belongs to you. We don't register domains on your behalf or provide hosting on our own servers, and because we build all our clients' sites on the WordPress content management system, you have full access to all your own content, images, and files. We even provide training to help you manage your website yourself after we're done.
